Visited Spring Cypress location. Melody, Penelope and Mrs. Mary were all excellent. Very nice, caring and kind. They made my experience great. I could not get help at the Barker Cypress location because they had a much later appointment time and with no one in the waiting area wanted me to sign up for that later time (3 hours later). However, this location was very accommodating to me and other guests that came in. This group of ladies were fast and efficient. I will come to this location from now on.

My visit was great! Cynthia, the front desk medical asst. Was so sweet and loving. Kirstin was my NP during my visit. This lady gets the job done. She makes you feel cared for. My visit reason caused hands on action and she has very gentle hands. She is an awesome person.

We frequent this clinic often and have seen several of the physicians but always the same check in staff... the check in staff is truly amazing! She is very helpful and nice to all patients even the ones who struggle getting a strep test (my oldest). We have seen several of the physicians as well and continue to come back.

Melanie was so patient, and very attentive when I walked in. She was very attentive to my medical needs. Dr. Mary was very proficient and thorough with her examination. I loved how quick but detailed the examination was with her. I will be returning as their service was 5 stars.

I am very happy with my experience today. I was able to make an apt on line and was greeted with in 2 min of my arrival. I was seen by the nurse practitioner and finished with my apt in 15 min. The nurse was very friendly and helpful.

My daughter and I are sick. We made an appointment online for the same day. We came 5 minutes early to fill the paperwork and were promptly seen at the scheduled time. The staff was very professional. My advice is to always make an appointment online to ensure you are seen quickly.

Struggled to find a place where I can get my Vaccine. Found this REDICLINIC and had an appointment within 30 minutes. Melanie and Judith were very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. I’ve never been this comfortable in a clinic before. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Took my two daughters in for strep tests and the folks were great. Very accommodating and took time to really diagnose the issue. It’s really nice having them right around the corner when we need them.
